On the first Sunday of each month a group of children and their parents meet to talk about how we can be caring and to do some kind of project for others. Some of our past projects have included a visit to a retirement community, preparation of meals for the “Solace for Children” families, and creation of special Mother’s Day flower vases out of chocolate bars for the women at a homeless shelter.
